The deeper our experience in each will reveal the greater need for the others.
As we develop an understanding of each of these spirits, we see the interplay between them. One without the others will not give the fullness of maturity that the heavenly Father intends for us. The message I see here is that the seven Spirits of God do work together in there intended purpose. Here we also see knowledge connected to understanding. The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom: and the knowledge of the holy is understanding. The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom: a good understanding have all they that do his commandments: his praise endureth for ever.
However, the fear of the Lord is also connected to wisdom in other passages. So we see in this example, that knowledge and the fear of the Lord are connected. The fear of the Lord is the beginning of knowledge: but fools despise wisdom and instruction. So, does this really tally only four spirits? I tend to agree with those who say there are seven spirits, but they are paired up for very good reason. The spirit of knowledge and of the fear of the Lord.Six of the seven spirits are grouped into pairs all but the spirit of the Lord. What I have found, however, are variations of defining the Isaiah account in commentaries. In my searches I have found no other passages that allow scripture to interpret scripture. Isaiah 11:1-5 are the verses that are commonly used to define the seven Spirits of God in Revelation. And righteousness shall be the girdle of his loins, and faithfulness the girdle of his reins. Isaiah 11:1-5 KJVĪnd there shall come forth a rod out of the stem of Jesse, and a Branch shall grow out of his roots: and the spirit of the Lord shall rest upon him, the spirit of wisdom and understanding, the spirit of counsel and might, the spirit of knowledge and of the fear of the Lord and shall make him of quick understanding in the fear of the Lord: and he shall not judge after the sight of his eyes, neither reprove after the hearing of his ears: but with righteousness shall he judge the poor, and reprove with equity for the meek of the earth: and he shall smite the earth: with the rod of his mouth, and with the breath of his lips shall he slay the wicked. The eyes of the Lord are in every place, beholding the evil and the good. 2 Chronicles 16:9a KJVįor the eyes of the Lord run to and fro throughout the whole earth, to shew himself strong in the behalf of them whose heart is perfect toward him. Revelation 5:6 KJVĪnd I beheld, and, lo, in the midst of the throne and of the four beasts, and in the midst of the elders, stood a Lamb as it had been slain, having seven horns and seven eyes, which are the seven Spirits of God sent forth into all the earth.
THE MYSTERY OF THE SEVEN SPIRITS OF GOD FULL
And before the throne there was a sea of glass like unto crystal: and in the midst of the throne, and round about the throne, were four beasts full of eyes before and behind. Revelation 4:5-6a KJVĪnd out of the throne proceeded lightnings and thunderings and voices: and there were seven lamps of fire burning before the throne, which are the seven Spirits of God.
Revelation 3:1 KJVĪnd unto the angel of the church in Sardis write These things saith he that hath the seven Spirits of God, and the seven stars I know thy works, that thou hast a name that thou livest, and art dead. John to the seven churches which are in Asia: Grace be unto you, and peace, from him which is, and which was, and which is to come and from the seven Spirits which are before his throne and from Jesus Christ, who is the faithful witness, and the first begotten of the dead, and the prince of the kings of the earth. Study the 7 Spirits of God have an awareness of how they function, how they interplay between the Father, Son and Holy Spirit. Study the 7 Spirits of God have an awareness of how one of each of the seven spirits in one of each of the seven counties and them swapping back and forth between counties from time to time.

Based upon these two words, I began to look into the topic. These were two different words, on the same topic, to two different groups of saints two Ekklesia. “Word to …” is a word that was said to be from the Lord.
